The Complaint Redressal& Monitoring System (CRMS) is a web-based enterprise solution designed to enhance citizen satisfaction by streamlining service management and improving service delivery for municipal corporations. CRMS automates the entire complaint process, from registration to closure and enforces timely resolution
or escalation of complaints to higher authorities when necessary. Citizens can lodge complaints via the website, mobile application or by visiting the BMC main office. A citizen can submit one or multiple complaints in a single interaction and an acknowledgment number is provided for tracking purposes. If the complaint remains unresolved within the specified period, it is automatically escalated to higher authorities, with continued inaction leading to further escalation up to the Deputy Commissioner.
